Olivia practises evidence-based therapy. Underpinning all treatment is an emphasis on compassion and creating a safe space where you feel trust and support. The approach ultimately depends upon your individual needs; however, Olivia predominantly utilises cognitive behavioural and mindfulness based interventions.
Olivia enjoys working with adults across the lifespan. She is passionate about helping people move through challenging times and develop and build on strategies to feel more confident in their ability to cope. This can include the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
In addition to her private practice work, Olivia has experience delivering individual and group treatment for pain management in both public hospital and private settings.
